Covid 19

In accordance with all the guidelines, we have been busy putting into place
Covid 19 safety and hygiene measures, and a risk assessment for everyone’s protection, as follows:

We are limiting the amount of guests we have at any one time.
We are trying to instigate an online registration form to avoid using paper
materials and to help limit face to face contact.
We would request an approximate arrival time so we can limit person to
person groups.
On arrival, we can show guests to their rooms, from a safe distance and we
will possibly be wearing masks.
We have made a separate breakfast room, with access through its own entrance by the pool and we will stagger guests breakfast times to enable social distancing. If preferred, we can offer breakfast in your room.
Rooms will be cleaned and sanitised thoroughly after each guests departure, but during the stay, only on request and while the room is vacant.
We do ask that check out can be before or by 10.30am to allow us enough time to prepare the rooms for the next guests.
We will send a secure text link to you 7 days before arrival for full
payment, or payment by BACS can be made if preferred, this will help by not using any card machines or readers and lessen person to person contact.
Hand sanitisers will be available in each room, the entrance hall and
breakfast room.
Access to the upstairs in the farmhouse will have to be restricted.
The hot tub will be closed for now (or until its safe to open as allowed by the Welsh Governments guidelines) but the pool will be open
until end of September.
We have had to remove some items from the rooms such as magazines etc.
